B. GPAT Office by sending a request letter along with a Demand Draft for
appropriate amount.

Demand Draft for Application :The candidates who wish to obtain the Application
Form and Information Brochure by post or personally from GPAT office counter should
obtain a demand draft (in favor of “GPAT”) for Rs 1000/- (Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PD)
payable at Vadodara.
|
|
C. Over the counter from GPAT Office by hand after submitting a Demand Draft
for appropriate amount.
|
|
D. The SC/ST/PD applicants desirous of purchasing of application form from
Designated Branches of Bank of Baroda / GPAT Office should attach latest authorized
photocopy of relevant certificate.
|
|
SC/ST/PD Applicants
|
|
SC/ST/PD Candidate should attach an appropriate Certificate issued by the authority.
|
|
Authorities empowered to issue SC/ST Certificates :
|
|
In order to avail concession under PD category, the candidates should ensure themselves
that they have attached recently obtained proper PD certificate, which shall be
required to be submitted to the admitting institution at the time of admission.
The onus of verifying PD certificate lies with the admitting institute. The GPAT
Office will not be responsible for any incorrect declaration of his/her PD status.

E. There is no concession in Application fee for OBC cataegory.
